Red Hot Mamas will offer a free live interactive Webinar, “The Buzz on Bioidenticals” on August 4 at 8 p.m. in

August 22nd, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spradling Family Birthing Center Prenatal Classes, Community room. Designed
for busy parents, this one day class offers education on body changes during pregnancy, new breakthroughs
in comfort management during the delivery process and care of the new baby. Includes lunch and

August 19th – Golden Reflections - WEDNESDAY 2 p.m. in the hospital Community Center. Anne
Winkler, M.D., Rheumatologist, will address the definition of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; prophylactic
measures individuals with osteoarthritis can take to help themselves; and treatment options for Rheumatoid
